Monopoly Token mover thingies

Okay, I've been wondering this for a very very long time.  In Monopoly World Edition, there are little mover thingies under the rank 15 ones (You have to scroll down to see the hidden ones) they have ?s on them.  I was wondering, how can I unlock these movers.  I don't know where to put this topic at, but any help will be greatly appreciated.

This was listed under the monopoly "How to play" section under the FAQ section:

Q: How do I get to select one of those mystery movers?
A: The Mystery Movers aren't available yet, but keep an eye on the Pogo News. One day soon, you might find a hint on how to unlock these things...

That was for the mystery mover pieces.  If you wanna know about the others, you unlock them as you progress in rank.  GOOD LUCK!

Thanks, but I heard that some people got the mystery pieces, but I'll wait for them to be unlocked then :3.
