ive been around awhile and still have no idea ( lookd 4 answer cant seem to find it either    )

what do the ranks mean
and how do u move up

example     Rank 10 Cheater 

i know   let them fly i gonna get it now

I dont worry about ranks here i got enough ranks to worry about between Pogo and Big FIsh(recently added)   And what was the stupid question did I miss it
