thunderpopper not working

I keep getting the message that thunderpopper can not see my game window. I have followed all suggestions, but I still can not get it to work.

Ruby their is another pop up that is probably under your game window. Minimized game window and you may have to check yes or no to token message. I chose the option no.
Not sure if that will work but give it a try.
