How can you find out if someones actually won a jackpot for a game?

Because I would love to find out if winning a jackpot for Keno is actually possible and how often it happens to someone.

I was actually in a room when someone won.  I followed up and they told me they received the prize.  I think people really win this stuff but anyone who uses cheat programs should never put in a claim.
