Could someone Help Me Computer Changes time

Hi..I have a Cheat program then it stops and says

"Please don't try to change time while playing"


after that my computer time is off a few hours

Please help

This is from another site and I cannot attest to the accuracy.   
Yup...I've been drinking wine again.  Darn Doctor told me I need to drink 4 quart of wine a day.   Or Maybe that was 4 oz...I'll call him next month.

•Click on 'Control Panel'

•Double click on the 'Java Plug-in' icon (which may be under 'Other Control Panel Options').

•Select the 'Java' tab and click on the 'View...' button, under the 'Java Applet Runtime Settings' section.

•Find the most recent 'Version' Java runtime line (below: 1.5.0_06 is more recent than 1.5.0_05) and double click on the 'Java Runtime Parameters' box and add "-XX:+ForceTimeHighResolution"

    -XX:+ForceTimeHighResolution

•Click 'Apply' to exit all dialogs. Close the control panel window.

    Apply button

•Important: Exit ALL web browser windows.
