I did it last night but I had to do the last puzzle four times before getting the badge. For some reason, the game didn't recognize that puzzle as being completed each time. It finally worked so you don't have to call in the S.W.A.T. team.

This is why I have a spreadsheet. It tells me everytime a badge is available.
