Jalapeño Pancakes

2 cups pancake mix
1 1/2 cups water
3 cups shredded 4 Mex cheese
4 freshly chopped  Jalapeños

Mix up the pancake mix and water. Then add cheese and peppers.
Cook just like a regular pancake. Serve hot with cold syrup.
