How can I set the time?

Just go into your profile and put +3 into the time offset box.

[Edit: Actually, if there is a 0 in the box already, put a +3, but if there is a +1 put a +4, etc.]

i just tried different +,s   til i matched my time and date    O0

All you have to do is hit the little button next to it and it will detect your time zone and set it for you.
