Dirt Cake

16oz bag of oreos
2 boxes 3-1/2oz vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk
8oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter or marg
8oz cool whip

1) Crush oreos
2) Put 1/2 of crushed cookies on the bottom of a 9x13 cake pan
3) Mix together the pudding and milk
4) Chill until set
5) In a seperate bowl cream together the cream cheese,butter and powdered sugar till smooth
6) Fold in prepared pudding and cool whip
7) Spread mixture over cookie crumbs
8) Top with remaining cookie crumbs
9) Freese at least 8 hrs before serving

Can also be chilled instead of freezing. Also if serving frozen remove from freezer about 20 minutes before eating.
