white window around play area

has anyone had a white 1 1/2" window around play area as in xword with the play area shrinking to very small. Most of my games are like this and cant read them. have wind 7 ex 8 lots of gb Rest of screens are fine

Make sure your type is at 100%. Sometimes mine gets messed up

and the autos wont read and I realize that my type has been changed.
