Has pogo stopped the live chat support?

I had a friend track me down today wanting to know how I did the "pogo live chat" to fix a badge issue back on 2/24/11. After a bit of frantic digging around in the help area, I could no longer find the live chat option anywhere there. I'm curious to know if this pogo customer service tool is no longer available?

I didnt even no pogo had  Chat. I ve tried a time or 2 to send them a message, but its too confusing too me. LOL
