Forum Permissions

New here...as of today.

I'm wondering if a newbie has to reach a certain rank/position/number of posts in order to gain certain permissions. I just tried to send a personal message, and was told that I wasn't allowed to do it. Also, unable to add an avatar?

Yes but I forget how many posts you needs to get the PM or avatar feature..I think 25..

25 isn't hard to get at all. Go play some of the games & you will get it quick.
