My Programs Arent Contining to work after I walk away

I have recently pruchased, Sleepy Slots and Allotzee programs to play pogo for me while I am away from my computer because its summer, i have younger children and I am not home much in the summer as in the winter but I dont want to loose my time on pogo, so I figured I would buy a couple programs to run pogo fo me while I cant play, Unfortunately both of the programs I have purchased do not coninue to work when I walk away, sock hop slots gets stuck and just sits there not playing after a jackpot spin and Alotzee when i return has closed due to inactivity on top of the fact, its configured to win bu I rarely ever win. As long as I am babsitting and watching my computer they will continue to run but that defeats the purpose of purchasing the programs to begin with. Yes my screensaver is turned off, very fusterated, Wabbit

Sorry it took so long to reply but I wasn't feeling well yesterday.

Pogo has been making changes to a lot of games recently which requires BH to update the programs. Make sure you have the latest versions of the programs.

The autos are not going to win every game because most games are games of chance. For example: In Yahtzee it's the luck of the draw. If you don't hold and roll the correct dice it is more difficult to get a JP spin. Games involving decks of cards are the same way. It's all about what is dealt to you. Any way you slice it whether a program wins a lot or loses a lot it is still better than playing by hand

Im so sorry to hear that you werent feeling well, I hope that you are feeling better today, I have literally purchased these programs within a week ago. So every time I check for updates it tells me I have the lastest version. So I do have the latest version. I have checked both programs. Yet again I turned the Alotzee program on last night when I went to bed and when I woke up the program had stopped running. Not sure how long it did run for. But still fusterating?! I want the program to run while I am away from my computer but its not. As far as Alotzee winning, dont really care for winning as much as I care about getting a JP spin since rank is based on JP spins in there. Ive watched the choices the program makes when holding dice and am less than impressed.  rather than the 2 game trial this site gave me, I thought that with the trial the program played for yahtzee that maybe they were just bad games? So I purchased the program with the understanding that I would be able to run it while I was away from my computer but this is not the case?? Fusterated, Wabbit

Do not use the update feature inside the program. It doesn't work. Go to the BH website to get the latest versions.

You also want to turn off all unnecessary programs while running the autos and make sure you are using the recommended pc settings by reading the help section at http://www.badgehelp.com/help.php

Many things can cause you to lose connection to your pogo game. For example: a hiccup on your internet connection or the pogo servers. Some games are notorious for service interruptions.

I think the secret to all of the cheats working is to tweak your puter (sorry I don't use iPhone or other PDA to play pogo) for the games.   I've found that Firefox is the best browser and works great with the cheats.  I highly recommend it over MIE and other browsers.  Half the time I turn off my Norton antivirus too.   Give Firefox a spin and see it it doesn't work better for you when playing.

Look it is now Rabbit Season and Homer deleted my whole post! You had your free trial, no matter how short or long it was, and you decided to make the plunge and purchase them. You are now stuck with them and I doubt you will get a refund.

How do I know if I need to update my program homer? Looked on the website but I cant find anything about updates? How do I know if I have the latest version hun?

If you look at the auto you have it will have a version number. Compare that number to the one on the BH site.   Now Mr Rabbit. BH makes great products and backs them up.  No BH is not responsible  for glitches in your ISP(which I have from time to time) And they are not responsible for glitches on Pogos end that stop game play(which I experience ) Take a look at the settings for your computer that should be used when running autos.  I will now step off the soapbox and shut up

When in doubt just delete what you have and redownload a fresh copy from BH and you will have the latest.

It also helps if you make sure your screensaver is turned off...
