I got it finally using Firefox, I tried IE, Google Chrome, & Safari but they wouldn't let me click the other prizes. I now have it under gifts sent from a Club member for Dr. Pepper, but can't figure out how to put it on, lol
It says here's your gift, then says it's sold out. There is no where to choose to put it on. I checked my closet, maybe I missed it.

I found it, it was under "OUTFITS" not Costumes like other items like it.

I got the 25k in tokens as well. Worked fine for me in Firefox. You don't even have to put in any real info if you don't want to (other than your real pogo login info).

2. Go to your Homepage
3. Click on "Edit my Mini"
