they haven't added the new spooky slots badge or album weren't they due out today ?

I got into pogo after 2nd try, but did not see the badge or premium album as of yet on there page. maybe they are still working on it. & i got up early just too see what badge they had 4 Spooky slots. LOL will just have to wait.
