Exactly! Or even a different free gem mini item or badge... but these "mark your calendar" and "look what you can buy here" 'gifts' make them look so cheap. Like I'm supposed to get excited about something they've been giving away all along?

I think you're right, CM. They weren't free... it was just another, "Merry Christmas, let us sell you something..." They weren't even on sale.
