You and any badge collector can get it by going to help and requesting it and tell them you just became a host for some league (use any you have seen in a room you were in) and tell them what game you will be hosting in and they should give it to you, at least they used to.

I used to be a host in Fortune Bingo and got pissed at the owner of that league so I left and went to a different league and soon got tired of it and quit, but I still have the badge, lol.

All any player has to do is check their profile to see what the badge is, and if their profile is blocked then they aren't a host as the host has to have an open profile.
