This is from the Pogo news :

Due to Hurricane Sandy many of our Club Pogo members were unable to earn the Halloween 2012 Special Edition Spooky Slots badge. The hurricane was one of the worst in history.

Our hearts go out to our East Coast Club Members, and we will be resurfacing Spooky Slots between 11/20 and 12/4. On 11/24 we will bring up the Halloween 2012 Special Edition Spooky Slots badge and players will have until 11/26 to earn it.
Nothing spoils a good story like the arrival of an eyewitness.
