Lindsay Lohan has struck a plea deal in her highly publicized court case which will send the troubled actress to both rehab, therapy and jail.

TMZ reports that Lohan has struck a plea deal. The live feed reveals the judge discussing a 90 day locked rehab facility- the original offer was that the actress would serve 90 days in jail, but instead opted for the rehab, which she is not allowed to leave. Also, she must also admit to the violation of probation.

The Mean Girls actress has plead no contest and has since been ordered to 24 months' probation, psychiatric therapy, 90 days in treatment which she cannot leave and 5 days in jail, the mandatory sentencing for reckless in the state of California.

The 26-year-old actress will also face mandatory drug tests and is not allowed to drink alcohol.

Her attorney is hopeful to rid any future charges which may come from the alleged assault case when she got into a scuffle with a psychic at a New York club.

Lohan appeared in court Monday morning nearly 45 minutes late after hoping a private jet from New York to Los Angeles. She is facing charges of lying to police and reckless driving, in addition to violating her probation. As she arrived to the courthouse she was doused in glitter, we previously reported.

"A suggestion -- don't drive," Los Angeles Superior Judge James Dabney told Lohan after he handed down her sentence. "This is it," Dabney told her. "You violate your probation, and we're not going to have discussions of putting you back on probation."

***She was still in NY this morning and had a jet provided by a Los Angeles-based energy drink company for which she has made promotional appearances. To me, this means that she does not need to pay for a cab and really should hire a full time driver. Wasn't it after one of those arrivals from NY that she got into that accident in the first place?****

The sentence extends Lohan's probation for two years and requires 18 months of psychotherapy.

****Hmmmm.....this sounds like a good starting point.******
