 hi11.gifHello,

Till this day I had 2 bing account on 2 computers and each computer IE 11 was logged in to one account for itself and I would use the web bot to search by bing.

Today I decided I could use some more amazon gift cards to buy the wife some stuff to make her happy so opened another bing account
bought  the  BingSearchbot 1.74 and registered it and put in the account info and set to search

the bot  comes up and logs out of my old account on the computer, logs in to the new account and it shows the name of the account right but shows the number of rewards that I have on my old account. so it is not really logged in to the new account it is still halfway in the old account. I can not figure it out.. the search point do not show no matter how many searches and what kind the rewards on the new account does not go up at all.

What I did so far:
Cleaned up my IE 11 and deleted all the cache etc, I used ccleaner to clean up my temp folder and internet cache etc
restarted the computer
logged out of the IE old account completely manually
logged in and out again
but once I run the searchbot the same thing happens

What am I doing wrong
I want to expand to 5 accounts as I have heard that is the limit per IP..

Can I use the searchbot registered version on 2 computers? how?

Is there an FAQ or a guide that I am missing?
What is the point of mobile search if this app is supposed to run on the PC?
Would appreciate your help to get me started..
Thanks  tumbsup.gif

That's a weird issue ... are your accounts connected to Facebook? If so, you need to enter in the login info like this :

FB:EmailAddress/Password

The BingSearchBot license is only good for one computer.

The mobile search option emulates a mobile device on your desktop computer so you can earn an additional 10 points each day on your accounts.

I used the mobile search to get extra 10 on the old accounts  but it does not work either

is the 174 the latest version

I do not know what else to do at this point..
No facebook at all
I have 3 microsoft accounts that I use
they log in fine based on what I see .. but it just logs in to microsoft but not to bing rewards.. if that makes any sense

Issue has been resolved.

If you have the Bing bar installed, go to Tools > Manage Addons.

Click on the "Bing Bar" listing and then click on the "Disable" button.

once on the uninstall program List screen search for internet explorer in the upper right hand corner
