Is Pogo Ready for Windows 10?

With the new Windows 10 set to launch July 29. is there any word on whether Pogo games will be compatible with the new browser, Edge?  Win 10 will not run IE.

Editor – Pogo's QA team has been doing some initial testing with the preview editions of Windows 10 and the "Edge" browser that is replacing Internet Explore. Edge does not support Java, but it does support Flash. So far we have noticed things working well on our Flash games. There are also many reports that the Firefox browser will continue to work in Windows 10 and it will continue to support the Java system for the time being. In anticipation of various browsers and operating systems dropping support for Java, we've been working hard to convert games from Java to Flash.  We have also been bringing new Flash games to Pogo to fill any gaps created by the lack of Java support. In this year alone we have dozens of Flash games out now or releasing. We wont be able to replace all of our Java games with Flash conversions, but we will always be able to bring you something new and fun to keep you entertained. Thanks for the question.

The funniest thing is I can still use Chrome with Java on Pogo. I just finished a 3 hour badge in Keno Pop.

yes, but that was supposedly a band-aid for an older version of Chrome.

Minesweeper (and others) are being brought back for Windows 10.

A friend doing the beta says 10 brings back solitaire and some others but that Mine Sweeper is only available as an added app.

I have been seriously thinking about the java games. What about those people who bought that Album that had Spooky Slots in it after the game was gone for the year. I hope Pogo will put up Spooky Slots this year maybe earlier than usual?

And I have been trying to find people who will play rated Pinochle with me because I do not have all the ranks nor any of the rated game badges. I need 3 others that do not have them to set up our autos at night and let it run. I am unable to double browse because my roomie runs at least 4 computers all night and my bandwidth is crud.

I am sure they will once it is 'Officially' released.

There are quite a few M&M badges still for sale that use java.  So presume they will prioritize these game to Flash so we can still spend money for them..
