wow thats a blow.... and that answers the question about EA's stance on the old java games... one by one they are probably gonna get rid of them b/c they don't want to fix them, just like SS. this is awful. sad news indeed.

Really sad for those not ranked or who still have that Spooky Slot PBA. At least we got a warning with Family Feud. Obviously
pogo genius was at work once again. And we once again will have unreleased badges. And our money was spent on employees who were designing useless items!

This is the list of Java games. Everyone needs to rank out on these before any  of the newer games. I am on rank 49 in pinochle because of this list

My heart just skipped a beat!  I am so sad to hear of SS not returning.  I'm not a slots fan but I enjoyed this one, being a fan of Halloween.  This is really so sad.  With all the new slots games they are making, can't they extrapolate that to Spooky??  Clearly, I'm not a game designer/programmer but hope springs eternal!

   I never played nor liked the game anyway. What's more important is to understand that Pogo and java cannot co-exist because Pogo can't keep up with their updates on an intellectual level. Pogo games work smoother and are more dependable using java than flash. Pogo knows this, but wants us to think differently because they think we are more tupid than they are.

Java is not free for gaming sites and Pogo made a good deal with Adobe for Flash. Pogo feels they can make more revenue with Flash games and this is all about the benjamins. Unfortunately they do not understand that the people who have been there longest went there because of specific games. I do not like Pinochle - which is why I have not ranked out. But I DO love badges so I will.

Those Spooky Slots game badges had lots of thought put in them and those employees just had their work discounted by Pogo because they did not make a better deal with Java. These artists are thrilled when we love their badges. It is the same as had a painting be put on the wall of a gallery. They do not own these creations so, they have to be upset. To them it is not about the benjamins. As a musician I was way more thrilled by the audiences reaction to "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap" than I was the portion of the bar earnings for the night.

I am not a fan of Spooky Slots but when they updated it the graphics were stellar. I loved the little UFO that flew by and it will be missed.

I had  thought (it happens sometimes). What about all of those "Back Doors" into Pogo. So I went to an old file and tried a few.
most gave me

"Oops, something is not right...Address Unintelligible

That game is one of the only reasons why I played on pogo.  I return every year just for that game!!!! That is such a bummer. Now what am I going to do the month of October? Well I am sure I can find something...LOL.
