POGO Chat...lots of room for improvement!

Greetings,
While playing Peggle Slots, I notice all my trophies disappeared.  Yes, just left with Bjorn.  All I was doing was adding to my "coin" total...never know when we will need them.  So I contacted POGO chat.  After waiting 30 minutes, the host said the following

Mohit: Sorry for the delay in response.
Mohit: I have discussed this issue with my specialists and concluded that you need to post this issue on our forums. We have specialist there who will pick up your post and assist you.

Well that was no help.

POGO is trying to drive me away.  (Yahoo games drove me away...and it saved me alot of time and money!)
