Help Updating BIOS

My HP desktop has been crashing on me and the codes indicate that my BIOS needs updating. I found my current BIOS version and then went to HP's site and they have 3 options for me to choose from, but I don't know how to figure out which is the one I need. Any ideas?  These 3 versions are different from my current BIOS.

HP Compaq Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2AFE)
   80.15 Rev.A   2.7 MB   Nov 20, 2015   

HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2B17)

HP Consumer and Small Business Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family 2B17)
   80.08 A   8.4 MB   Nov 20, 2015

That information should be listed in your current BIOS.

If not, try doing a Google search on your model/serial number (listed on the back of the tower / manual) and that should send you in the right direction.
