Constant boot (for feck's sake)

I keep getting kicked out of games. In games where you enter a lobby and then choose a table, I get this message:



In games where you just enter a room to play, I just get kicked out of the game. Anyone else having this issue? It's been going on now for about a week.

I've gone through all the usual fixes, including those listed in the above capture, as well as other things I do to maintain my system regularly anyway. I'm out of ideas. I've just about exhausted my vocabulary of naughty words. Help!
