I went to the ER about 6 months ago...chest pains...didn't find anything.
However, the Doctor stated he liked my new boots and ask me where I got them.  Told him Costco.
He then stated, "If I didn't make it could he have my boots"...well of course I said yes.

Wonder if he was kidding.

Nah, he wasn't kidding.  I worked trauma in one of two trauma centers in southern California.  They'll pick ya clean before you've exhaled your last breath. 

I, however, am kidding.

Looks like it might be France. Hôpital is French for hospital (think we actually stole it from them) and the flag looks French. With a necktie.
