:(   Well first off I am new here and I'm not sure what I am doing but I tried to go to the backdoors and play wordjong or mahjong's gardens to go and could not get them to come up.   Just as the pg starts to load I get a messace that saids ENTITLEMENT CHECK FAILED FOR USER USERID AND THEN SOME NUMBERS!!!! Can someone PLEASE HELP ME!!!   ty :-

i think u have to be logged into pogo to use the back doors  :'(
