Trouble purchasing PlayBuddy's auto with PayPal

Greetings all you PogoCheats using PlayBuddy's autos,
When I get ready to purchase an auto, I have the choice of using a Credit Card or PayPal.  So I select PayPal and this is why I get

This happens on two different computers both set with Chrome as Default Browser.
What am I doing wrong? 
Drinking too much wine?
Operator error?
Something else?

yes, totally agree to try a different browser.  I've had a lot of paperwork from insurance or medical that I couldn't open in certain browsers.  The latest was some AARP driving test to lower my insurance rate.           off topic.  It cost $50 to complete this quiz, several hours and I got $25 off my insurance................ what a rip!!!

That would have ticked me off, Gigi.  Does that insurance discount last for a certain amount of years or just the latest policy period?

I use Pay Pal while using Chrome, IE or Edge but I don't get this pop up ... I'm using win/10 if that's any help?
