I have plenty of grandsons, so I admit she's special and I think we over bonded when she was born.  Spent 8 weeks in Arizona taking care of her, mom had a C-section, then the stitches opened, then she had gallbladder surgery, so little Gracie Girl and I spent a LOT of time together

It was really good that it worked out for you to go there and help Mom out like that.
Sounds like she REALLY needed you a lot.
And I do think that bond between you and baby girl was cemented with you being with her so much at that age. They are smart from day one and know what is going on.
You were an excellent Granma and Mom was so happy and could get that all taken care of and rest and know she did not have to worry about a thing.

I only have Poppit Party and Sudoku games to go and my album will be done.

But I still have the Mom of my Granddaughter to get completed.
Good thing we have 5 more days to go to get it completed.
