It says SELECT EPISODES but I see all episodes are 15 gems for Undiscovered World. Are they always 15 gems?

So I went to the UW forum to ask about the sale and found out that 15 gems is the sale price. I also found out from posts that UW isn't loading for people, and some people who bought the episodes for 15 gems go back in to play, their gems are deducted, but they see Get Now and the price is 20 gems.

Do you suppose the glitches are all part of Pogo/EA's more challenging game experience???
