Have you tried using a different web browser?

What's happening? If it's that it doesn't start a new game, when you load the Buddy click on OPTIONS, then make sure the box to ALWAYS PLAY AGAIN is checked. I'm not sure why that is unchecked by default, but it's worth looking into and making sure it's check marked.

Greetings Charles,
I have had good results with all the buddies I've purchased.  A few years ago I added "CCleaner" to all three of my PC computers.  (This is a free version and works just fine).  Whenever I had stall or other problems, I first ran my cleaner.  Very seldom did it not clear up my computer.  I just think all the browsers with all their junk and windows with all their junk bloat just slow everything down.  Give it a try.  It has helped my PlayBuddies

Good luck

OOPS forgot to include my stats...you can do it.

I use CCleaner once a week and it works great. The free version is all you need.
