I spoke with PlayBuddy and they are hoping that their mass update will be completed by the end of next week.

This update will allow the Buddies to work in the new Pogo experience, along with miscellaneous bug fixes.
Nothing spoils a good story like the arrival of an eyewitness.

I'm glad they found a solution. As a programmer myself, I know that must not have been an easy fix!
