Thanks!

I don't play Spades .. is that a long challenge?

Not too bad. If I remember from other challenges, you don't have to win to get credit for points earned. I play it often. It's a fun game.

Happy to see Spades as a challenge.  1000 points...  it might take a bit of time if you're a beginner but it's not too bad.

Spades isn't a hard game .. similar to Hearts. Except you will have a partner in this game. You'll bid on the Spades and other high cards (such as A's, Kings) in your hand according to how many tricks you think they'll bring in. So will your partner. You can pass a card to your partner, they in turn will pass one to you.

Highest to lowest trump cards are A,K,Q,J,10,9 and so on.

Try not to overbid your hand, they take points away for that. If you happen to get a hand with a couple of small trumps and not too many other high cards, try bidding NIL, which means you take NO tricks - but your partner can. You get more for a NIL bid and it helps to scratch off some overbooks (overbids).
Good luck, it's a really neat game. I hope you'll like it as much as I do!

Ok, if you don't have to win to get credit then this won't be so bad.
