I ran mine through the OCR (which had the same text as yours).

PlayBuddy got back to me and said they didn't set specific text there, so that's the default appearance when nothing else is defined. It's getting fixed in the next mass update.

There was an update last night, but it didn't indicate which game was updated. Maybe this was fixed?

Nope, mine still shows it.

Last night they updated the Royal Wedding Buddy to cover all episodes again.

My question is this, why is it there in the first place? Are they not in the USA?

I've seen weird stuff like this before when I was programming. It has nothing to do where they live - and yes, they are in the USA.
