how do you win on level 329 i need help

Without screenshots from you there is no way for anyone to tell what the obstacles are or the puzzle shape, so help is next to impossible.  BUT - when push comes to shove, Boosters and PowerUps are basically the only answer. 
I have heard that there are YouTube videos for each level to 420.  Maybe a stroll through them might help.  The problem the videos is that Pogo plays tricks by changing colours and puzzle shapes, but I know the broadcaster tries to keep up them.

Go to youtube and look up garden blast. There are videos out there that can guide you on how to win a specific level.
