While I see the wonderful medical applications, I also see the slippery slope of eugenics.  While the medical applications are miraculous, I also think that given the chance, human greed with ruin this and take it in awful directions.

I agree Squid.  I can't see the whole thing being all rainbows and unicorns.  E=mc^2, an amazing energy discovery, also ended up being a blot on human history.
