Now we know which game Blue-Haired Guy is featured in. When I first saw him with AnnaBelle and Hunnie in the Crafty Critter event banner it bugged me that he looked so unfamiliar.  I guess what threw me off was the un-Gatsby look with the carpenter's apron and the rolled up sleeves.
