You can earn these by completing:

- Pearl City
- 1750 beginner, easy, medium and hard puzzles

Thanks.  I only have one hotel more to get to finish the current city.  I was waiting because of the problem they were having with the game.  I guess I'll green light that hotel and move onto the next city.  I hate to lose my cash!
