I'm not sure. I believe I got the badge when I finished the event, as mine is showing September 16th.

Update: either Pogo_Sconnie got the Pogo peoples' acts in gear, OR (and more likely), the badge was in some kind of sequence and landed in my album as it was scheduled to do, mid-afternoon. I emailed my thanks. And did a very small jig, so I wouldn't hurt myself.

The badge might not be dated September 30th, but instead when you actually completed the event. Did you check far enough back in your badge collection?

I got it yesterday afternoon, dated October 1. It must have gotten stuck somewhere in the Werks.
