This is what his site says:

I had an idea the other day, about another type of program
that I could offer to my customers.  It would be a helper
program for people who enter the Pogo drawings on a regular
basis. 

The program would stay in the user's Startup folder, and run
as a tray icon application whenever they start their
computer.  It would sit there unobtrusively, and monitor how
many tokens they have in their Pogo account(s), and enter
however many tickets the user wants in the various drawings
(daily, weekly, monthly).

For example, they can set it to leave them 10,000 tokens,
but enter any extra tokens evenly among the three drawings.
They could adjust these settings in a little control panel
window. 

Then, the program would, behind the scenes and completely
transparently to the user, track the winners from each of
those drawings. If any one of the user's
account names shows up as a winner, the program will start
screaming at them (with popup messages, etc.) until they
acknowledge they've seen the notice.  This would save them
from having to squint through their email daily to see if
they've won anything; this bot would notify *them* with no
effort on their part (other than installing the program
once, and then running their computer semi-frequently).

What do you think of this idea? Is this something you would be interested in?
