Pinochle quick tip. Pogo missed quite a glitch.

 ??? The quick tip is that in canasta you had to finish the games to keep red 3's. In Pinochle all you have to do is bid and choose a trump if it asks you. then when it moves to let you start playing, stand up and sit down. That will restart the game, but you'll get to keep pinochles and be closer to your rank. Pressing score on the bottom right, tells you what rank your on and how close you are to the next rank. UPDATE: After fiddling around with the glitch. I figured out you don't even need to wait for anything. As soon as cards are dealt you just need to press new game and keep playing like that and you'll still keep pinochles. If you check and you don't see it saying you went from 18 pinochles needed to 17 or 16 needed, that means that neither you nor tin head got any pinochles last game. Also when it reaches to where you check score and it says you will reach next rank after this last game. You need to play the last game. I restarted over and over and it wouldn't move me to next rank until i played that last game. I also don't know if this works with other people as I play alone with bots. If anyone tries this with human players and it still works, let me know. I'm rank 5 now. First badge rank 10 or you can get a badge by playing rated games and becoming intermediate and master, etc.

i see no new game either...everytime i stand and sit my pinochles go up it said 1 till level 2 now it says 4....lol

yes sircheats said. There is no new game button. You have to stand up and sit down and you keep the pinochles if you and tin head got any.

when i sit up & sit down again, it doesn't advance my stats if i get a pinochle. 
Is there another way to get it?  :'(

Mannnn...i bet this wont last long ...makes it real easy...its gonna suck having to play the ranks when they fix it after getting these levels so easy this way..lol

Oh and kinda funny how it knows how many pinochles ur gonna get before it even deals ...can anyone say predetermined?...lol

do ya have to win the game for them to count ...twice it said after this game you will be level 4....so i played the games (lost to puter) and it said 3 more till level 4 again

you have to get pinochles. if you don't get any pinochles it won't advance. just like canasta. you didn't always get red 3's every hand. but since the maximum you can get is 2 pinochles each game, many times you don't get any. I didn't get any for 3 or 4 games one time.

I noticed a few problems in this damn game >:(.   Biggest one is that I played rank 4, five times before making it to rank 5 and then i had to redo rank 7 a few times as well. It seems that if you don't bid and then go to the next screen where they show you all the cards, it will make you redo the rank. If i do that every game, standing up and sitting down to restart game, then when i play the last hand I finally move to next rank. Hope this helps anyone who had those problems. Sometimes it seems like it makes you redo rank no matter what. Had a friend have that problem on rank 3. And a few times i didn't get the credit for getting a pinochle or 2. But the game is new. hopefully they'll fix game without realizing the glitch  ::)

i hit score, and all it tells me is "After this game, you will be rank 1" :(

Another little glitch.
As you are standing and sitting, you do not have to keep opening up your score card.
Open it once and place the window next to the table window and watch what happens.
As you stand and sit it will tell you how many more pinochles you need till your next rank.
I hope you understand, if not I can go into more detail.

Even with having to repeat some ranks I'm rank 15 now. Got first badge last night on rank 10. I'm hoping to finish this game before pogo fixes glitch. One of the things that work is, I finish a whole game when i get to 8 or less pinochles left til next rank. That way if it makes your repeat the rank instead of sending you to the next you won't start all over again.
