Anyone else having problems with pinochle?

I have played and played, it will not let me past rank 3!  It keeps saying, 'after this game you will reach rank 4!' then I play again and it NEVER gives it to me.  Not only does it NOT give it to me it says 4 or 5 more pinochles until rank 4!  Also if I play a rated game it never gives me a new rating, just my partner's, even if I win!  I know POGO will eventually fix this, but I am losing vauable time.   >:(

Im moving in ranks but it is taking a while... will say 9 to next rank then its 12
And I have won 4 rated games it shows in my profile but Im still 1500

ive only seen a couple pinochle badges,and they were for "intermediate" i am taking that would mean you have to play "rated" games.

I have had a few rated games and they have not registered. but no probs with ranks

You can get pinochles playing rated or unrated.But to get Intermediate etc you have to play rated only games.... O0

i have not had a problems with it but i got the intermediate badge and i did have to play rated to get it,
