Perfect Pair Solitaire- Need Help Please with this!

Ok heres the problem, soon as the game is done the anchor thing goes up and then the game freezes up on me. This is getting real annoying, I have done everything in the help section in Pogo and it still does this. I also (To the better of my judgment as I doubt Id get a reply) Sent them a e-mail on this (So far no reply and Id be willing to bet anyone here Big bucks I'll never get a reply from them- gawd I wish they had a 800 number)
Any Ideas on what I can do to fix the problem??? Is anyone else having this problem?

Do a virus scan and see if your comp  as a virus also check it  for adware and spyware.

I have the comp do the virus check every Wed and Fri. and have it upload the Virus difenitions every Friday, so thats been done, I also have had my spyware program do a check and it came it clean on both accounts.

I also turned off the pop up blocker to see if that was the problem, still does it.

that 800 number is even more worthless then sending Pogo a e-mail. I tried to call it, if you press "2" it tells you to go to the "Help" section of Pogo, and if you cant find the info you need then to e-mail them. (Which is a joke as they NEVER reply to there e-mails) I tried to press other numbers but no such luck.
This is REALLY annoying and frustrating!

Ok I think I may have found the problem- two JAVA programs fighting eachother?
I have the Sun Java and the Microsoft VM programs installed, apperantly the Sun Java had a check by it, and in the Microsoft VM there are 3 things that need to be checked- Java Console Enabled, Java Loging Enabled and JIT CompilerFor virtual Machine Enabled. only the JIT thing was checked so I checked the other two and unchecked the Sun Java and so far Perfect Pair is working ok (Keep fingers crossed it stayes that way)

I am so sorry that the 800 number didn't work for you.  It worked for me.  Yes, most 800 numbers have "press one" "press two" annoyances, albeit the electric company, the cable company or the local BBQ rib delivery joint.  In these moments of frustration, you hang on or press "O" for customer service.  The horrid music is the pits and the waiting is frustrating.  I provided you with a phone number that took a great deal of research on my part.  I never said that it would be easy to connect to.  The 800 number commonly shared is not viable and is in fact, incorrect. You should have listened to the options and redialed if you had to in order to reach someone.  I gave you the phone number to reach Pogo and it is not "worthless" had you tried a little harder. You listened to the first option and it was not what you wanted to hear.  The next time you call you may have to press, say 4 and get someone live and explain your problem and be transfered.

I know mine freezes up too, but if I just wait a while, it keeps going again. Annoying, yes, but it works. It just takes a while to get to the JP spin. Have you tried waiting a while? If not, try giving it a minute and see if the spin comes up.
