Another WCSolo Problem

I registered WCSolo a while back and, like everyone else, need my registration password again.

I've emailed BadgeHelp twice, used the 'Report Problem' button (but had to give my non-AOL e-mail addy), resent the PayPal payment info and reg code, and have still gotten no response.

Okay, I missed the badge. Big deal. But, I want my program! Can anyone offer me any suggestions?

Thanks!

People have to use a non-AOL email address for support because some AOL users incorrectly identify my support emails as spam. When this happens, AOL threatens to block literally thousands of uninvolved people from exchanging emails with their loved ones.

Since I cannot in good conscience allow this to happen, I cannot send support emails to AOL addresses. Until AOL repents this aggressive and belligerent stance to the rest of the world, I cannot reply to email from AOL addresses.

Fortunately, yahoo.com provides free email addresses to any AOL customer who needs a reliable method to communicate with the world.

Why you had to use your none AOL email?  If its because you paid through PayPal....and have recently changed ISP?   If so I  suggest you change that EMail address on PayPal account.  If you are using another AOL user name, remember you Must add them to your Email address in order for the Email to be delivered to your inbox, instead of JUNK.

Like Bob (and I) said, I was not allowed to use my AOL address when I used the 'Report Problem' feature. I didn't just give a different address for the heck of it. When I'd e-mailed, I e-mailed from my AOL address. I don't need to change anything on my PayPal account, nor have I changed my ISP.

I have checked my spam folder, and there is nothing from BadgeHelp. I had paid for my programs with my AOL address on PayPal and had no problem receiving my passwords.

So, since I paid using my AOL address, I'm not sure what to do to get my code.

On a totally different subject...

When I was going through my PayPal log, I saw that I had sent payment twice for MatchMaker. Is there anything that can be done about this (like, get another program) or am I just S.O.L. since it was my mistake?

AND (last one on this post...I swear)...

Since I don't still have the BadgeHelp e-mails or the PayPal receipts, is there any way to get the codes I bought resent to me so I can save them and not have this problem? Everything is in my PayPal history, but I check my e-mail from aol.com so I never save anything in my PFC (stupid, I know now).

Thanks so much! I know I've complained a lot, but I really love you guys! :)

I just sent a problem report on this problem and just  awaiting a reply.  This program has worked great for me all the time I have used it.  Was working great until this morning.  When it gets to the Choose Destination it does not click the new destination.  It has done it before, but for some reason it has stopped doing that.

OS XP Home
1024 /768
32 Bit Color
Smooth Edges unchecked

I have checked it on all computers thinking it was just a glitch on the one but it is on all my computers and they all have the same settings.

Probably due to them going back to old graphics. I'm sure an update will be made available. :)

As a matter of fact, Version 2.1 was released a short while ago.

I apologize for not checking yesterday. I planned to verify everything worked after the scavenger hunt was over, and I simply forgot.
