whats up with the cheater pic?

when i log on sometimes i am forwarded to a pic of 2 beetle bailey looking dudes with "cheater" in captions.

so far it has hapened about 5 times,when i log on it forwards me to a blank page with a cartoon pic in the top left corner,in captions it says "cheater". and i have to re log in.
doesnt happen everytime but next time i will screen shot the pic and get the url.

Hey I got that the other day.  I logged on at my work and the second I hit "log In" it took me to that pic......
