has anyone ever made a list of badges available in the non member rooms ? The only one I know of is the badge for getting 3 wins in a row in first class solitaire.

Yes, there are challenges that occur in the non member rooms for weekly badges, available to only Club Pogo members.  These stats can be easily found by looking in your badge album.  I know it is not what you meant, but it almost looks as if the implication is that non members can get badges.  One example would be anything from word whomp.
