JD helper

mine will pile all pieces, and start scrolling up and down- and will wait over 7 min and it does nothing HELP!! W

I am not a programmer or nuttin ,

but please list what browswer your using like internet explorer  aol , dial up, or cable or netscape.

also did you download the jd helper? and check the box that says auto does nothing box?

I had a few propblems at first but once i got the helper it worked  ok. But when asking for help do  try to remember to include what your using so others might be able to offer suggestions.
