Aces up 1.0 not opening

I had tried the aces up beta and it worked fine except I had to push okay.  I downloaded the new version and it will not open.  Is there a way to fix this?

I am not getting any errors.  I have noticed that I have to reboot my puter to be able to delete the auto.
