i paid ith a credit card and i did not get a password

Hello im new to this so please bare with me. i paid by credit card because my trial version was over. I did all the registration and of course my credit card was accepted but i never got a password by email to continue on with the games i was playing. What is up with this? i emailed the creators  and no response. I hope i get some answers quick. Thank you!!!! >:(

Actually, Oscar says to expect a minimum of 8 hours. He is only signing on to fulfill orders once a day while he vacations with his family.
