HELP JIG SAW DECTOR

Can  some one help?, I cant get it to work for me
jigsaw detector 1.0. registered
40 GB HD 20GB free
Anthon XP 2600 + cpu
256MB ram
windows XP
internet explorer through cable
color is 32 bit 1024 by 768 pixels
pogo screen size 800x600
smooth edges unchecked
Use HTTP1.1  checked
Use HTTP1.1 through proxy connection is checked
java 2v1.42  checked
I start the game in med mode, I bring up the detector with puzzle in place and detector ready I click start and leave the mouse alone. the cursor scans the screen pulls  border  pieces to left side, pulls down the other pieces stacks them on right side .cursor look likes its working but only attaches a few pieces then moves back and forth not attaching any more pieces, ran for 15 mins, and hit esc, then game freezes, then I get out of game.tried again still nothing. It worked when I tested long time ago and just got it registered yesterday. Deleted temp files and clean the cache and reboot still no results..


Would of sent screen shot but need instruction on  how to do, so if anyone knows how, send me message.
